Institutions that are supposed to have a close relationship with the county assemblies cannot do it due to lack of connectivity. Therefore, it is important for us to have a treasury that can disburse monies and monitor activities of the county governments. The county treasuries are facing the same challenges due to lack of connectivity. I want to strongly support this Motion. We cannot continue to use the current network. We need to have fibre connectivity in all the county headquarters so that county governments can work as required. I support."
