    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No.206 and Section 17 of the Public Finance Management Act, the said Committee considered the County Government Cash Disbursement Schedule and noted that the Schedule has been prepared in accordance with the Revenue Sharing Formula approved by Parliament. The Committee further noted that the Schedule was prepared and submitted to the Senate pursuant to the provisions of Section 17(6) of the Public Finance Management Act as amended by Section 14 of the County Allocation of Revenue Act, 2013."
