    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Vice-Chair for responding to the Statement I sought a long time ago. In fact, I almost forgot about it. If I heard right, the Vice-Chair said that this issue was a priority of the Government since 2006. Therefore, if this matter was a priority, why has it not been achieved seven years down the line? I would also like to state that security is a sensitive issue. If the various sectors took their issues very seriously, the tender could not have been cancelled. I would like to know why the tender was cancelled. Why is the department not taking its activities seriously?"
