    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I would like to support Sen. Kembi-Gitura. You will recall that precedence was set in the Parliament of Kenya, although through the Lower House, when the Chair ruled that the Cabinet Secretary for National Treasury should appear before the Committee of the Whole House. Since that precedence has been set, it is important that you also pronounce yourself, so that you allow us an opportunity to interrogate Cabinet Secretaries who are responsible for our lives.
