    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, there were discrepancies in the tendering system. That issue was also raised in the statement. There was a problem with the tendering process and that is why the Public Procurement Oversight Authority came in to cancel the tender. I may not give you the real answer in terms of what really happened but instead of giving an answer that is not sufficient, since we will be having a meeting with the Cabinet Secretary on Tuesday, at 9.00 am, this request made by Members of the Senate this Tuesday plus other concerns will be forwarded to him and we will come back with an adequate answer."
