But in your Communication you mentioned that sadly, our representation will not be there for the rest of the session that has just began. You also said that issues of the Pan African Parliament fall directly under the Senate. That is to say then that we are the ones who can decide our representation as the Kenyan Parliament on issues of the Pan African Parliament. What is holding this Senate from deciding to move on to represent the Kenyan Parliament given that we are the ones who are supposed to make the decision on this?"
