    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I do agree that this is a Motion that touches on counties and looking around this House, we do not have the necessary quorum. Therefore, to vote now would be an exercise in futility. Could I, under Standing Order No.51, request that the matter be deferred, preferably, to next Wednesday because we are now developing a tradition which I think is right, that voting should always take The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
