    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir. I wish to seek clarification in view of the mater raised by Sen. Orengo. The Bill is signed by one, Sen. Peter Mositet, who designates himself as Vice-Chairperson. Now, do I understand that this Bill did not originate from the Committee? Or did it originate from the hon. Member in his private capacity, or in his capacity as the Vice-Chairperson? Could we get clarification from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on whether this is the Committee’s work or is it an individual’s work so that we can know? In the first place, Sen.
