    "content": "I would like to support this report and urge Senators to also support it. This report has factual and hands-on information resulting from various visits we had in various counties. There are three areas that we concentrated on in our visits. These are the areas of ECD, polytechnics and ICT. In the area of ECD, we visited various institutions and found issues that we thought we could raise and look into so as to harmonise the system throughout the country. The first thing we did in terms of ECD was to check the various titles being used for Early Childhood Education (ECE) programmes.
