This House must be alive to the fact that we are seeing dictatorship coming back to this country. We, therefore, need to be very careful. The same way some of us are talking today is the way Kariuki Chotara spoke in 1986 and Burudi Nabwera in 1988. The Leader of Majority Party needs to be very specific and address the issues that we are raising. He should not try to dodge. I asked specific questions.
