I have taken note of all the issues that they have mentioned. I especially really emphasize once again that when Sessional Papers are brought before the House on specific projects, that will be the time for Members to thoroughly interrogate them and to ensure that the monies that will be guaranteed will be put to use and will ultimately be for the benefit of this Republic and for the people of this country."
