    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I agree with hon. Wario. Article 132(4) creates the Office of the Chief of Staff and Head of Public Service. On the issue of age, I think as a country, we do not want to throw away our elderly officers. As much as we want to create jobs for the young people, we want to retain people above 60 years or 61 years who have served the nation, and who still have brilliant ideas for transition purposes. So, we should not say that in a blanket way. I am sure that many of you have friends and relatives who are above 70 years of age, and who play a very big role in nation building. However, I am sure that the young people--- That is why this Government gave a 30 per cent procurement business to young people; they will do business with the Government. I am sure that, that will be given to the President. Next time, he should reduce the number of people who are above 60 years of age. However, they should not be excluded from nation building."
