    "content": "During induction and handing over, the outgoing students’ leaders briefed the incoming students’ leaders on the status of the various issues affecting the students’ welfare and the level of engagement with the university management. Other than the water shortage that was reported on the night of 27th and 28th October, 2012, the students had not presented any other grievances to the university management. So, the students did not have any adequate leadership at that time."
