    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, it is a bit fair if they can be given a chance to appeal and be considered again for admission. Like my colleague has said here, the university rules and regulations are supposed to be corrective measures and not punitive measures. So, if they are given a chance to appeal I think it will be better for these young men. Thank you."
