    "content": "THAT, aware that the process of obtaining national identification documents such as birth certificates and national identification cards is long and complex due to the different centres of processing such documentation; deeply concerned that there is a multiplicity of identification documents in registration of IDs, birth certificates, passports, elector’s cards, driving licences, NHIF and NSSF cards yet there is a proposed simplified way of doing the same; noting that the Government is embracing new ICT measures in line with Vision 2030, this House urges the Government to spearhead the establishment of a national unified identification system that harmonises all personal bio data."
