    "content": "The other thing is the multi-dams as we know and then we have the mini-hydro plants which will generate electricity. The people around the dams will benefit by selling electricity to the national grid and secondly, the fact that they are around the dams, they will get electricity cheaply. That is a social responsibility that will accrue by building the dams there. Thirdly, the Eqyptians had been benefitting. The floods that we see all the way end up in Egypt.
