"content": "When it rains, we see the water and cry that there are floods. When there is no water, we are crying in Kisii. That is the time that we do not have vegetables and we have to go to Kisumu to look for Omena, so that our people can eat. If we harvest this water, many problems are going to be solved in the whole country including the Kisii region. About 80 per cent of our bodies are made of water. Therefore, we should ensure that water is available in every region of the country. We are debating this important Motion and I hope that we are going to make a follow up to ensure that its provisions are implemented. We should ensure that our people have peace and they can sleep well. This is a cry of the women and the children. When the woman is comfortable, then there will be a future in this country."
