    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I would like to support the Motion. Dams are very useful in our areas. In my area, Kipkelion in Kericho, the land is very fertile yet you find that they only plant crops when there are rains. If water is harvested there, we will plant a lot of food in that area, for example, tomatoes and cabbages. By creating dams in that area, we will ensure that people in that area get water throughout the year. They should not only depend on rain water. So, if we construct dams in that area, we shall have food throughout the year and we shall not have any problems.
