    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to talk about this important Motion which touches on one of the fundamental rights of any person, the right to work, the right to a decent living, among other rights. I would like to commend Sen. Elachi for bringing this Motion for us to debate here. I support it. I particularly support the amendment that has been put there to ensure that those who are not absorbed by the local authorities are either employed by the national Government or are, at least, given a pension or a golden handshake.
