    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I appreciate the position that the people of Baragoi are in and the seriousness with which this matter must be taken. But I am just an agent of necessity right now because I stood up to report as a member of the committee that the Chairman and the Vice-Chair are not here. Mr. Speaker, Sir, with your permission, I can make one undertaking because there is no communication. I will check with the clerk of the committee to see whether an answer has come. If it has, I undertake it to give it, on behalf of the Committee, tomorrow or Thursday this week. If it is not there, I regret there is nothing much I can do because what I have said from the Floor of this House is the only knowledge I have at the moment. I only stood up because you asked whether a member of the committee is present in the House this afternoon."
