    "content": " I am sure Sen. Wamatangi is fully aware that the Rules and Business Committee formed a sub-committee which has concluded its report. Only last week, the sub-committee presented this report to the Rules and Business Committee. We are working on it and we will definitely bring some proposals. I am not sure whether they will meet your expectations, but there is progress towards that direction. Just relax. Hon. Senators, I would also imagine that if you have more membership in the committee, then it means absence of one or two members should not stall the process. It means there are more members to continue prosecuting the matter. In fact, it might be that because may be the numbers are not adequate enough, absence of one or two members, curtails the work.
