    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, from where I am standing, I understand what my fellow colleagues are asking. I have had occasion to talk about it when I was privileged to sit where you are sitting. I can only reiterate what I said earlier. I know what Sen. Mohamud and Sen. Lesuuda have said. I understand the urgency of issues like that of Baragoi; that such statements should be given immediately so that they do not lose relevance. I will reiterate what I said, that I will do a follow up and give an answer hopefully on Thursday, whether in the positive or the negative. I will give an answer to see whether we have been able to get an answer from the relevant departments of the Government or not. I know it is very difficult for a Member. I hope that this is not something that will be repeated in this House."
