    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, what is playing out now and over the last few months that we have been in this House is that it is now clear that no Member of the Committee including the Chair and the Vice-Chair are responsible for whatever we ask them to respond to. It is quite clear that this Committee is not responsible for giving security to Kenyans or ensuring that there is security.
