Indeed, as you have correctly ruled and I thank you for that, the issue of a public body issuing a statement that people of this country should not consume water from rivers, because they will fall sick or suffer health hazards, is also a matter of health, as much as it is a matter of environment. I am happy with your ruling, but I would like to add that this is a matter that is causing serious concern, especially in my County of Kiambu.
