    "content": "relationship between the House and the Executive. If that amicable relationship is being abused, there should be no hesitation in calling upon us to exercise those powers. If questions are not being answered or they are being ignored or the Government is neglecting to answer them and so on, then that is an abuse of the process and if it is an abuse of the process, we have that ultimate power and sanction under the Constitution and our Standing Orders. So, I agree with you that the fault is not in the Constitution, the fault is in us, like the famous Shakespearean play of Julius Ceasar – “the fault, my dear friend, is not in the stars, but is in us”."
