Orengo that his attempt to invite the Senate Leader of Majority to be taking stock of business here is not anything out of this world. You remember very well, and you were there when Martha Karua was Deputy Leader of Government Business in the House - she would sit there every day of the whole week until she developed a back problem and a special chair was created for her. You should stop thinking that you are the newly appointed Prime Minister; you are the newly appointed Leader of Government in the House. This means that even when the Committee Chairpersons are not there, they are comfortable knowing that the highly paid Senate Majority Leader is there and is listening for us; and will tell us what it is that we have to respond to. You better be informed!"
