    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I seek your indulgence to raise a related issue to the Chair, and it relates to teacher training colleges. There are a lot of private teacher training colleges which are receiving fees from students, who are unaware of the requirements he is talking about. Some of these colleges are not even registered and the unsuspecting members of the public are paying their money and, at the end of the day, their certificates will not be accepted because those institutions are not registered. What are they doing to ensure that they publish the list of those teacher training institutions which are registered and, at the same time, warning the public against going to institutions which are not registered? Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
