    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise on a point of order to bring to your attention that on Tuesday last week, I sought a Statement on the security situation in Baragoi from the Chairman of the Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations. He said that since it is something that happened a year ago, a Statement could be tabled today. It is unfortunate that the Chairman is not here and has not delegated that work to any other Committee Member. It is unfortunate since we know that every day in Baragoi, people live in tension and lives and livelihoods continue to be lost. I would like to request for your direction on this matter."
