    "content": " The last time I gave a direction on this issue, I indicated that it is imperative that the Chairs of the various Committees, if they are not able to issue the Statement on due date, to have the courtesy to indicate when they hope to issue the Statement. Of course, I notice that the Chairman of that specific Committee is not here this afternoon and I do not know whether there is any Member of that Committee here at the moment. Maybe, the direction I can give on that position and which I can only give through the Clerk’s Office, is that the Chairman of the Committee be informed that there was a Statement to be issued today and that he would have to give a progress report on Tuesday next week. Does that satisfy you?"
