    "content": "I am? In seconding this Motion, first, I would like to thank the Committee for the report they have tabled in the House. It is a commendable job that they have been able to go round the counties and actually give us a hands-on report of what is going on there. Of course, the report mentions a lot of things and specifically makes some recommendations on what we ought to do in order to improve services that we are delivering to our counties.
