    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I believe that there is confusion or probably the Act still reads what was there previously. We now have six levels. Level one is on community health. Level two refers to dispensaries. Level three refers to health centres while level four refers to district hospitals. Level five refers to the former provincial hospitals and level six to the national hospitals. That is how we have been operating."
