But that is not to say that the delay is warranted. The Petition concerned three Ministries because rice farmers raised issues to do with rice. This falls under the Ministry Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries. There was also the issue of land ownership because The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
