    "content": "The Ministry of Education has secured the funds from the National Treasury for Free Primary Education (FPE) and the Free Day Secondary Education (FDSE) programmes for third term 2013. A sum of Kshs1,798,000,000 towards FPE has already been disbursed to primary schools accounts. The money was released on 14th October, 2013.
