    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we should not let the Chairman get away with the response we have heard this afternoon which, in our understanding, is unsatisfactory. I say so, because you cannot have your cake and eat it. If the chairmanship is for the Executive in this case, then he should have offered solutions, including a waiver or options of reviewing legislations that are inconsistent. We are not getting proper messages from the Chairman. If he cannot provide proper answers this afternoon, can he go back and discuss with the relevant Ministries? You cannot say that you are supporting and, at the same time, support the Executive in this case. Could we have some direction?"
