    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, several issues were raised by the governor, deputy governor and some county executive committee members of the Mombasa County. One of the issues that were raised by the county executive is that there is need to carry out a detailed audit on the debts, assets and liabilities of the local authorities that they inherited. We do not want to burden the county executive with debts that were not accrued by them. This is something that this House, on several occasions, has discussed in terms of the Motions that we have passed."
