I think that all of us, who are custodians of protecting devolution, remain focused so that we can ensure that it actually happens. The steps that we are taking are positive. A Committee is going down to the counties to see what is working and not working. The last recommendation of the Committee is that a report should be prepared at the end of the financial year on the state of devolution.
