    "content": "We have discussed a number of other Motions including security issues and the need to involve the people and wazee wa mitaa in enhancing security in their own localities. We have also discussed the need to involve community policing units in the various counties and get everybody involved and mobilize the entire population in order to reduce the level of insecurity. I do not know if anybody is doing anything about that. Of course, even as late as yesterday, we sat in this House and debated about the need to look at the remuneration of the Members of the County Assemblies (MCAs) and so on."
