    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, finally, I want to express my satisfaction with the quality of the Report made by the two committees. I also echo the sentiments that were expressed by my friend, the Senator for Nakuru; that there is need for us to engage ourselves in visiting the counties. That will give us a better understanding of the difficulties that the counties are facing. It will also give us an appreciation of the challenges facing our people. Once we do appreciate and understand them, we will be better placed to deal with them in this House."
