    "content": "I am just saying that I appreciate your ruling on the issue of offices. I think it is coming too late. It became a fact that you will have 349 hon. Members in Parliament four years ago when the Constitution of Kenya was promulgated. But there is something that is very worrying about the Commission that is supposed to deal with hon. Members’ welfare. I have worked in so many places and I do not mind if there are no offices for this long. But there should be some sort of information to tell us what is going on.
