    "content": "Until today, nobody has ever told me why I do not have an office. I have lied far too many times to my constituents. Some of them think that I do not want to tell them where my office is. I think I am happy today. I hope your ruling works so that at the end of the month, we have an answer. If it does not, could we just be getting information on what is going on? I want to put this to the Commission because they seem to be very causal about what they have been assigned to do.
