    "content": "Just to emphasize on the other bit about the Committees involved, in the last Parliament we had a programme which was trying to take ICT or mobile computer lab to schools. I remember that time the Departmental Committee on Information and Technology was the enabling Committee while the Departmental Committee on Education was the implementing Committee. I am just concerned that this programme is being rolled out and I do not see the involvement of the Departmental Committee on Energy, Communication and Information at all. I do not know whether it is deliberate or it is an omission and something is going to be done about it."
