This has been in the rumour mills and I do not want to name names but these are jobs that can be held by Kenyans. If we had a situation where we could identify people from the time they are born, then we would not have a situation where people come to this country to terrorise us and call themselves bandits and all manner of names. We do not need terrorists in this country and we can sort them out through this kind of identification system."
