    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, this system, indeed, will make it easier to detect, fight and prosecute criminals. Each citizen shall get one to be able to attend college, to take up a new job, to start a new business, to drive and even to walk around the country. The security agencies, if this system is implemented, will be able to access personal information about anybody using the identity cards. The system will be able to improve the service delivery in various sectors of our economy. You see long queues in banks and when people are paying for services like electricity and water. This will be a thing of the past."
