    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to support this very timely Motion by hon. C. Nyamai. First, in the last Government, we tried to implement the same unified identification system, but half way, it failed. I know that having a digital Government, the so-called Jubilee Government, we are hoping that they will take up this issue and implement this unified system.
