    "content": "My colleague has talked about something very important on the on-going recruitment in the armed forces. There is a hell of corruption. You will hear from next week some people saying what they had been asked to give money in terms of bribes. It could be Kshs50,000, Kshs100,000 and so on. That is because those people cannot communicate with anybody else. For example, KDF is now conducting the recruitment exercise in my place and people are sending me messages. You will know what you are dealing with, when you have a proper registration and identification system. This is very important and I believe that we should pass this Motion."
