    "content": "I rise to support this Motion and say that it is very timely. Truly, it is very difficult to get some documents due to the tedious and complex processes involved. It is outright denial of one’s right if he or she is unable to obtain a document timely. You even wonder why a very important document like a birth certificate can take such a long time to process, whereas such a document can be processed within a very short time."
