    "content": "As a deterrent measure, we want to see arrests and prosecutions of all those who have been involved in this scam. We also want to hear demotions of head teachers both in primary and secondary schools who have misappropriated these funds. We are in an era of accountability and we should not allow leaders in our institutions to enrich themselves through embezzlement of public funds. I would also urge the Ministry of Education to address itself to the frequent defilement of school girls by some teachers. That is a very serious matter because the education of our young girls is being ruined by these teachers."
