    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I was hoping that we would have a full House when I move this Motion because it affects each and every constituency, each and every hon. Member of Parliament and all the people of Kenya. This Motion addresses the following issues: Floods and drought. Floods and drought are directly as a result of climate change in our country and we have to ask ourselves:- Why do we always start blaming the environment when we have floods? Why do we start blaming the environment when we have drought? The fact is that we, as human beings, are not taking care of the environment."
