Karaba should not demand for the Statement, when Standing Order No.43 (c) is very clear that any Senator can request for a Statement from the chairperson of any committee? That Standing Order does not in any way define the kind of Senator who can ask for a Statement. It simply talks about a Senator; who is a Member or not a Member of the Committee or even one who does not have a Committee like some of us."
