    "content": " I know that is one of your Bills and there is no communication. I am still waiting. That was our proposal. What we finally agreed on was that we will go by the period in which the publication took place. As you are aware, there are even two Bills to that effect. But since yours came first, it will assume precedence and it will be the Bill that will be considered. What was remaining was the harmonization process so that when you finally carry the Bill, it is a Bill shared by both Houses after having taken into account the proposals from the other House as well. So, our people are working on that one and you will have your Bill to prosecute."
